Vasilevskis wins the Janis Lusis Cup in Riga

2004 Olympic silver medallist Vadim Vasilevskis was the home star hero at the European Athletics Permit Meeting in Riga, when he beat this year's Olympic silver medallist and fellow countryman Ainars Kovals and Finland's Harri Haatainen to win the Janis Lusis Cup in Javelin.
