Kiplagat confident of beating Kenyans

First things first, that’s the strategy Benjamin Kiplagat of Uganda will stick to during the World Athletics Championships getting underway Saturday in Berlin, Germany.

“Right now I am focused on running well in the semifinals. That’s the first step,” Kiplagat said.

“At the last edition, I wasn’t as experienced. I failed to reach the finals. But now that I am running with my friend Ayeko, I hope we shall be able to break down the Kenyans."
