Uganda: Kipsiro Clinches utl-Uspa Award

Uganda Sports Press Association (Uspa) yesterday unanimously voted Moses Kipsiro as the best sportsman for the month of October. The sports scribes, meeting for the first time under the leadership of newly-elected president, Mark Namanya, picked the runner following his double gold medal winning feat at the Commonwealth Games in New Delhi, India.
