Gregson to miss domestic season

Australian 1500m record holder Ryan Gregson is unlikely to compete in next year's Australian Athletics Tour, with the stress fracture which kept him out of the Commonwealth Games yet to fully heal.

"I spent 2 full months on crutches with no weight-bearing at all," 20-year-old Gregson on his blog of the time since withdrawing from the Commonwealth Games.
